The Learning Course, Robot Recipes, or Free Production does not finish loading for over an hour


It is highly likely that an inner error in the compatibility between the KOOV app and the graphics board has occurred. In that case, the KOOV app may operate by going through the instructions in "Start the KOOV app in Windows 8 compatibility mode" and "Start the KOOV app by changing the WebGL operational mode".
