Remove or reconnect Bluetooth® device (macOS)
- Open "System Preferences".
- Open "Bluetooth".
- Select a device that you wish to delete and press the "x" on the right. The selected device will be removed from the list.
- Please refer to the articles below for details on how to reconnect the device.
Send code via Bluetooth® connection
Use test mode via Bluetooth® connection
If your Core does not appear on System Preferences as a device, or if the above process does not work, please update the KOOV app and the macOS to the latest version then go through the following process.
[Remove all Bluetooth devices from the list]
- On the "Bluetooth" settings screen, tick the box next to "Show Bluetooth in menu bar".
- Press [Shift] [Option] and click the Bluetooth icon on the menu bar at the same time.
- Select "Debug" then "Remove all devices" on the menu.
*You will need to reconnect your keyboard and/or mouse after this procedure. - Restart macOS then the KOOV app. In the coding screen, click "Send" or "Test mode" and check if your Core is being recognized as a Bluetooth device.
- If your Core has been recognized as a Bluetooth device, there is no need to go through the following process.
[Reset the Bluetooth module]
- On the "Bluetooth" settings screen, tick the box next to "Show Bluetooth in menu bar".
- Press [Shift] [Option] and click the Bluetooth icon on the menu bar at the same time.
- Select "Debug" then "Reset the Bluetooth module".
*You will need to reconnect your keyboard and/or mouse after this procedure. - Restart macOS then the KOOV app. In the coding screen, click "Send" or "Test mode" and check if your Core is being recognized as a Bluetooth device.
- If your Core has been recognized as a Bluetooth device, there is no need to go through the following process.
