I broke the Core. Is it possible to repair it?

If the Core's connecting port has been bent or crooked, please inquire at customer service following these instructions. In other cases, please check the following:

1. Does the Core turn on when connected using USB (in the case of Windows and macOS)?

2. Does the Core turn on when connected simply to the Battery box, and not using USB? Click here for instructions on how to verify this.

3. Is the Core able to transition into Troubleshooting mode?

4. Try deleting code that has been sent to the Core, and then verify once again whether or not the Core can transition into Troubleshooting mode.

If these steps do not yield any result, there may be damaged. While it represents a lot of trouble, we would recommend you inquire at customer service at the bottom of this page.
